Guys! Help me choose some “match” schools. I applied to Stanford REA, and I plan to apply to ivy league schools for my reaches. I applied to UCs for safeties, but I’m concerned that I have no “matches.” Where are you guys applying? My parents were thinking of some Big Ten schools (I plan to major in engineering).

For those living in interview areas, have any of you interviewed with Stanford yet? I feel like all interviews would have occurred by now, but I haven’t gotten notified…

jdlace, me too, but two days are better than none… wishing I hadn’t told everyone I applied and when I expected to find out, but I couldn’t keep it in!

My stomach is in knots for the decisions . . . and i don’t apply to Stanford for four more years (: IM SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS . . . i think i’m living vicariously.

Welcome jingle! Glad to have you join the discussion. Usually I’m pretty stoic, but nerves are getting to me as December 15th approaches. The hard reality is that chances for any unhooked applicant are extremely slim.

Why thank you, Rush10.
I do wonder if Stanford’ll send it out early again this year…(I’ll be avoiding my email)
Yeah, I agree. But I read over some of 2015’s posts, and everyone ended up going to amazing schools, regardless of this one decision.
But I wish you the best of luck!

Oh, speaking of decision emails, are you guys going to turn off that feature that displays the first bit of the email before opening? I mean, it won’t change anything obviously, but I don’t want to be disheartened before even opening the email. xD

@mytuesdaysmile, I’m leaving it on - I’m more of the “rip off the band-aid” type of person, haha. The anxiety on this thread is contagious; I’m getting even more nervous too!! AHH. ONLY A FEW MORE WEEKS.
