I got an email from VDCN, I put 3 Bed - 2 Bath Shared Room Mixed Occupancy as my first place but on the email it says most transfer students will be offered the 2/2 (2 Occupancy) Private bedroom /Private bathroom, I am worried because the price too high, can I still apply for the shared room one??
@17ucccccc I also got that email today. Was there an option to select which room floor plan on the application? I don’t remember there being one.
Also, I am in the same boat as you. The 2 bed/2bath private is very pricey and would prefer to get the 3 bed/2 bath mixed or private one.

@calbee Did you already put 3bed/2 bath as your first choice on the application?? hopefully they give us the choice we want cuz 1000 per month is really too much…

are you guys filling out the housing application directly on the ACC website? They told me not to do that if I was guaranteed housing because that would void it and place me on the waitlist instead…lol
@17ucccccc Ooh the 3bed/2bath mixed is exactly the one i want too. It’s the cheapest one from the VDCN and I’m hoping i get it cause I really don’t want to be paying more than what I am already going to.
@BusinessBrah The email that VDCN sent me said we are required to submit an application on their website and pay the $250 refundable deposit by June 11.

any current students at uci have any comments about the on campus food? I am trying to figure out what meal plan to get and they say you can use certain plans at the all you can eat places. Are those any good? Should i just make myself food at my apartment?

Has anyone received an email regarding their financial aid application verification? Wondering if anyone could let me know if we can submit copies of W2s to the financial aid office before I call them tomorrow 
@itzeko I got my financial aid verification request ages ago. If they’re requesting for W2’s, then you can submit them to the financial aid office by mail or in person. I handed mine in person and they were able to process it by the end of the day.
