Hey,
Did any of you found an option to report transfer academic update for last fall⦠I cannot locate that in my uc application home page⦠I was just wondering if I am the only oneā¦
I registered and was about 3 days into my winter intersession class (Statistics) but ended up just dropping right now because I got a call-back that I got an internship for this company Iāve been with. Basically, I knew that if I took this internship my time would be too hard to manage with work and a 4 week class, so I dropped and Iām planning to take Statistics over spring. Should I be worried on my admissions? Also, how do I report this to schools or do I just wait until I send in my transcripts? Kinda confused!
You can now perform your Transfer Academic Update so you should go ahead and do that now and maybe mention why you dropped it in the comments near the end of you updating your application. @by3000
@napapapa do you know if this might put a strain on my application? Iām hoping not because Iāll still complete it with an A (hopefully) by Spring, but thanks for replying!
No problem man. If Iām not mistaken your winter classes would be factored into the GPA that the UCs look at once itās time to evaluate your application but if youāve already completed your two English courses + math course needed then I see no issue with you taking Stats in the Spring. Assuming itās a prereq youāre still showing the schools you plan to complete it before transferring. @by3000
@napapapa yeah, Iām actually taking my last English course in Spring along with my Statistics class!
Iāve gotten an A in my first English course in the fall and an A in my non-transferrable math course (Intermediate Algebra) so Iām hoping this will show admissions that Iām capable of passing with a decent grade and ready to move on to the next before transferring. Still nervous, but you reply helped!
