which session are you thinking about doing? Im thinking the second session, Im a psych major and I have been looking at the courses and getting really excited- their psych department is amazing! and there is a class i really want to take in the second session</p>

<p>@kingdoms- i would live on campus and i think the only residence hall open is college nine. and yeah i am concerned about the cost of it too but im trying to see how much financial aid would cover. I just have such a long summer since they dont start fall quarter until the end of september so thought it might be a good way to break up my summer and get a class i need out of the way, and im really excited to just go there! haha</p>

<p>I finally mailed my appeal on Friday. Has anyone else appealed and gotten in? Do you have to wait for a letter in the mail or will it also show up on myucsc’s application status? How long did they take to reach a decision?</p>
<p>debating if i should sir yet or wait. I got accepted and financial aid is pretty helpful but i still havent heard back from baskin if i got into my major or not. So if i sir and than later get a letter from baskin saying i didn’t get in to my major can i still get a refund?</p>

<p>@scgirl83 Your appeal decision will show up in the portal where your original decision was shown. I mailed mine in on the 10th, so it took a couple of weeks, but I heard that they didn’t even start reviewing transfer appeals until all of the freshman appeals were finished being reviewed. The admissions rep that I spoke to said that most people won’t hear about their appeal until close to the deadline in mid-May, so I guess I was just lucky because I sent mine in so early. Good luck.</p>

<p>@beachbum I am a POLI major and a theater arts minor so i’m planning to take the playwriting and global politics classes. </p>
<p>From what it says in the summer website we will be living in college 9 which looks pretty nice. I have a half hour to get from the social sciences to the theater arts building. Hope i can make it!</p>
