General Comments/Congratulations/Venting/Commiserations, etc:
I am so surprised. I never took an AP before this year so that was a strike on Academic Rigor. I also doubted my essay only because I was very critical of my application. The University of Chicago was my first choice and my reach school as well so I wanted to get in so bad that every little mistake made me worry that I wouldn’t get in. I really didn’t think I had what it takes. I had an ounce of hope so I held off applying elsewhere and thank god it paid off.</p>
