<p>me neither! i finally logged on to usconnect and it says they haven’t received my college transcripts. -__-</p>

<p>I submitted my application on the 1st and I still can’t log into USConnect using my email address. Upon requesting password, it comes up with a notification saying ‘failed…’ etc.</p>
<p>Is anyone else having this issue? I did receive confirmation emails for my submitted application & supplement etc. So imagine the system just hasn’t been completely updated just yet. </p>

To be honest, the attitude of the guy who answered wasn’t really helpful which is the opposite of what everyone has been saying. I bet your counselor will be more helpful. Link is below.</p>

<p>yeah i literally just called about ten minutes ago and the guy was just very… dry and unhelpful. he told me to check in at the end of next week to see if my transcript’s been processed. i sent mine out last week. </p>
<p>i didn’t think to ask my admissions counselor. are they really the ones that look over your essays and app and everything?</p>

I would believe so. They are broken in geographical territories so I assume if you applied within their respective areas they would be the ones to read your applications. I also assume it is not just them but it’s just a guess. Who knows.</p>
<p>Just checked my USConnect and everything but my community college transcript is in. It’s so annoying because I took one class at a local cc during high school to fulfill an art credit and the grade is already on my high school transcript, so I don’t know if I even needed to send it in the first place. I feel weirdly stress with all my exams coming up next week…aggh.</p>

<p>Yeah, there’s like a committee and they review your app.</p>
<p>I hope my essay gets me in LOL my grades aren’t 4.0 status probably a 3.4 so by the end of winter quarter…</p>
<p>so…do you think people get admission based on if their major is impacted? For example, obviously there’s a lot of competition for a spot in SCA and Marshall…but say someone wants to major in African Studies and only 4 people applied for that major, can they only pick a certain amount?</p>

<p>I’m not sure if USC has “impacted” majors, but there are really competitive ones like in Marshall and Annenberg since SO many people apply to them. I mean, I guess it’s “impacted” in that sense. Of course, those majors that aren’t in high demand wont be as competitive since you’re not competing with other people with crazy stats applying to the same major.</p>
<p>Hmm my USConnect is showing secondary school report required… I thought we don’t need that for transfers? Is it showing for others under the Required Documents and information you need to submit?</p>
<p>In my USConnect it says they have received my secondary school report, yet my secondary school did not submit one? Should I Just wait until they update?</p>

<p>How long does it usually take for them to receive and update your transcripts? I sent my high school transcript about a week and a half ago (from Northern California), and I just logged in and it says that I haven’t submitted it yet.</p>
