<p>Does anyone know if they keep the files from freshman application year. It says they received my HS transcript but I didn’t send it in for this year. Do they take note if you applied as a freshman and/or look at the old application or do they just look at the new common app</p>

i think they still keep a file on you but I would just send it just in case. Did u apply as a high school senior trying to get in as a freshmen or a freshmen trying to become a sophomore. if u were a high school senior i would definitely send it again because there are extra stuff that were added since u last sent it out because at that time u didn’t graduate and they put all of that in there and the finals grades from you senior year.</p>

<p>I believe you should fill it out for any chance of some decent aid ASAP. Only the priority deadline was feb 2 afaik so you may receive just some less aid… It’s okay lol I submitted mine after the deadline too! Woohoo -___-</p>

<p>@redwings532 My school has us fill out this whole order form and didn’t specify a “send to” address. It just said “home address” and “billing address” and “current address” so I was really confused… just decided to pick it up at my school LOL.</p>

<p>I know they got my hs transcript cause I sent it through Parchment’s website which shows when they downloaded and print the transcript. I hand-delivered my college transcript so I know that have that too and my letter of recommendation cause my boss had it internationally airmailed and confirmed hand-delivery by DHL. </p>
<p>TIP FOR ANYONE PLANNING TO TURN IN A LATE LETTER OF REC:
Fax it in. My other letter of recommendation letter was faxed in and they have it in the system already.</p>
<p>I, too, feel like my gpa is definitely going to slip; not too bad, but like -.2 or -.3. I’m just trying to maintain at least a 3.5 gpa…</p>
<p>At what point in time do you think it would be reasonable to call USC and ask about any transcripts that they haven’t received yet? It’s been about 3 weeks since I sent my HS transcripts, and no update yet.</p>
<p>Redwings: call maybe sometime next week? I sent my lor in early jan/late dec and they haven’t updated my usconnect at all. But I recently called and they assured me that they had it ^^; they’re still lagging on updating it apparently lol.</p>
<p>call now. They said it should take about two weeks for them to process transcripts and other files so if its been more than two weeks I would call to make sure.</p>

<p>Just received an email stating they still do not have my college transcript. (I sent one asking if they have all my documents). Either way it’s extremely frustrating knowing I sent it 2 weeks ago and other schools have received my college transcripts. Plus, in the email it states it takes 2-3 weeks for them to update the portal.</p>
<p>My status check says I’m missing something. However, It doesn’t say what. My doc management says nothing is missing. Why is that?</p>
<p>@kagw11, it just takes a while for the status to update. If you want to be sure if they have everything, Which i recommend you double check, call their office. </p>
<p>@mitch, thats tough… maybe you can ask your school to send the transcript electronically? That might be way faster/less chance for error.</p>
