someone already got in??so early!!!

Hey if any of you guys click on the “withdraw my application” box does it just say Thank you, this site is not open the public?

@jasmine427 You have to know the context of the acceptance. Most of them were TTP students or had agreements with USC through their schools.

@bomerr ya greek life at USC is big. Good thing my fraternity has a chapter at USC and Chapman haha. The deadline to enroll at chapman is 6/1 right?

@jack2011 Yes

@bobo79 I’m from UC

Hey guys! I applied to USC School of Engineering. When should we expect the decisions?

Hopefully USC wont send me a SGR. There’s a slight chance i might get a C in calc. Im striving for a B, but unfortunately it just so happen to be that I ended up taking the hardest Calc teacher at my school. It pisses me off that my friends with different calc teachers are breezing by calc and currently have all A’s, they get to use notes on test, barely get any homework, they get a study guide etc. My calc teacher doesnt give us squat, no study guide, we get a ■■■■ ton of homework, and she grades the test like a ■■■■■. Sorry for the rant, just had to let some frustration out. Basically always remember when it comes to the difficulty of a course, the teacher is EVERYTHING.

@da26990 some time in may.

@Sanderella24 - You clicked on the box?! Wow, that takes guts I tell you. I carefully hover away when my cursor lands on the withdraw box.

I know that just clicking on the box won’t withdraw my application, but I’m just scared lol.

@esai23 Yes ;-( I was just curious about all the boxes. Can someone else verify that theirs too looks like this and I didn’t mess with anything!!! Pa pa please!

If any Out of State applicants can post any new information they receive ASAP i would greatly appreciate it. As an Out of Stater i am dying to know when fellow Out of Staters hear back :-S

@bomerr Yeah, i think it really only is great for guys if you’re in a frat. At chapman you can honestly get into a lot of parties and whatnot without being in a frat, it’s really not a big deal. The only time it becomes a factor is if they don’t want more people coming in (cuz the cops would come) they are gunna pick a girl over a guy. Yeah I’m on a merit scholarship of 25K here, and I’m gunna stay at Chapman if the FA doesn’t turn out great at USC (that is IF I’m accepted). And a lot of people commute actually (especially when they get to be upperclassman), but at the same time theres still a lot of people who don’t commute. I’d say its a pretty good ratio.

Someone please help a girl out!!! Blah!!!

@Sanderella24 for science, I checked for you. Mine says the same thing yours does. It’s probably just an error they need to fix. Don’t worry!

Guys, what is the average transfer GPA for Economics and PPD???

Does anyone know??

Hey guys, I just found out I was admitted to Dornsife on April 26th (Surprisingly they didn’t send out email). The website indicated I should pay the enrollment deposit before 6.1 or within two weeks, but I don’t understand this message. Does it mean I should pay the deposit before 6.1 or 5.9? I will most likely attend USC (IT’S USC, BABE!), but I am still waiting for the credit evaluation, thanks in advance!

@xyzGoGo Congrats! Two weeks from the date they sent you the letter is MOST LIKELY when the deposit is due,but i suggest you call the office. Are you an Out of Stater or on the Trojan Transfer Plan or anything special like that?

@xyzGoGo Well done! I believe it would be by June 1st actually. I think the two week rule would apply to anyone who is SGR’ed or gets admitted in late May, June, July, etc. Definitely call to get the direct info, but I think that’s how they want you to interpret that.

Again, congrats!

hey guys, i’m completely new here but im aiming to transfer to usc fall 2014 too as a business major
But i’m in a a bit of a pickle at the moment… so apparently, usc did not receive my official transcripts yet (the ones with my fall grades and what not). this was SUPER ANNOYING cuz i swear to god i asked my cc to send it way back in jan) i still have the receipt and everything too that states this!) i just mailed a new one last wk (4/23) and the usc counselor i keep in touch with told me that it’ll take 2 wks to process and file. this is really nerve-wracking to me since it feels so late with everyone already getting acceptances and sgrs…

so my question is, do you think this situation will hurt my chances of getting into sc (it’s my top choice)? i appreciate anyone with any input on this issue. thanks a lot!
