I think, the earliest sign of acceptance is if your star audit report is filled out in your oasis; for most people here theirs was filled out before getting any decision. Check your restrictions as well to see if there is any movement in your account.

But as @hepburn95 said, for the sake of your sanity just check once a day.

Absolutely, haven’t heard anything back yet and a little worried since I see a lot of Marshall applicants that already received their packets but keeping my mind positive and somewhere else.

I’m sure you will hear soon and are taking the best approach possible given the situation!
Not a fan of this waiting game I must admit
@fdominguez

@fdominguez - Don’t sweat it bro. You haven’t heard back from USC, but you haven’t been rejected either!
I’m telling you, I would be surprised if you didn’t get into USC directly, without an SGR.

awesome sauce. i called the schools im thinking of going to and they said the housing deposit is nonrefundable and they’ll let me know in mid-july aka when i get my decision from usc why sgr WHYY

USC doesn’t use +/- in their grading system. I have the same problem also. I got 3 A-s at my college. The classes probably would transfer over as a flat A, right? I am almost certain that USC recalculates your GPA their own way.

@maymonroe94 I checked my usconnect and it said it there. And it said that they will mail me a letter. I didn’t get an email but my friend who got an SGR got an email as well as something in the mail ^^

Same for me. I have a 3.94 through 58 units and 16 in progress. Still waiting for a decision. I am hoping to hear back soon. I would be surprised if I didn’t get at least an SGR given my GPA. I have completed all of the pre-reqs as well and have a 4.0 in all major classes.

Hopefully we hear back soon! Good luck to us both!

Do any of ya’ll know what USC thinks of classes that are taken pass/no pass? I got an SGR but one of my classes in Spring Quarter is destroying me.
