<p>Xsayax cart means nothing. Here lately, people’s STARS IAR have been updating a few hours up to a day after their restrictions change if they are accepted.</p>

Because I have seen that there were people who had their STARS filled like a day afterward, but I’m wondering if there are people who have had their restrictions updated and then not heard back for days or a week or so.</p>

Did you pay $45 application fee? I think they don’t look at your application until you pay this fee</p>
<p>@olo59u I just registered orientation. You don’t use your 10 digit ID to login myUSC but rather you should use your netID. You need to activate it and reset a password before you can use it to login </p>
