Same here man. Hoping my fellow Viterbi applicants can speak up as soon as they hear anything, so we can know when the wave of decisions is comingā¦
If we havenāt heard back yet, and we have already finished our semester, and have our spring grades should we just send them in? Iād rather them have all my info in order to give me a decision sooner.
@lemons222 I asked my admissions counselor the same thing, and he suggested that I donāt and to just wait up until June 1st for a decision or SGR
Because Viterbi takes a great deal of time in getting to know their applicants, especially for transfers. They have their own dedicated YouTube page that describes the admissions process for transfer students and it is very specific to Viterbi. No other school within the university does that, I believe.
Most of the things I learned from the transfer process was through Viterbi, lol.

@plsacceptme000 my restrictions did but not my stars report, so Iām like 95% sure I got rejected
@ForeverGymnast21 same hereā¦so itās safe to assume that everyone who doesnāt have their stars report update means rejection?
From last years thread, a lot of people got accepted without the stars report being updated first. And a lot had their stars report updated like the last 2 weeks of May. So we have some time. Lets stay positive
How do you look at your STARS report? Do you need access to Oasis?

For those who were admitted, I have to send my final grades to usc so do they just want the spring grades or do they just want another official trancript that has all of our semesters?

@ForeverGymnast21 when did your restrictions change? Did you call in to usc or email your counselor that day? I think they change whenever someone accesses your account, not necessarily when a decision is made.
@RAHforHEE Thanks a lot. I am so nervous since the deadline is pretty soon.
@transfersc my restrictions changed Monday doesnāt look promising still no stars report filled in - expecting a reject around June 1st - no SGR but sent them anyway got a 4.0 if thereās an offer to appeal will do it. First year appeals just got posted yesterday for non-transfers was reading that appeal thread not many got in - good luck to all of those still in the running - Fight On!!!
@madllion21 I plan on appealing as well, probably wonāt help but its worth a shot. @transfersc i did call my counselor that same week my restrictions changed, it changed on April 28th at 11:42AM, but i believe most Marshall applicants have heard back with an acceptance or spring grade request and i havenāt heard anything at all so i am expecting to get rejected. I have a better shot at getting in next year as a junior because of an internship that i got, so hopefully that will boost my chances.

Hello I am a junior transfer to SCA Critical Studies.
I wasnāt given a decision yet but my OASIS Stars Report and Restrictions have been updated!
Does that mean Iāve been accepted?
And for those who are familiar with the Stars Report, are the transferred units supposed to show? I have nothing and currently says that my class level is Freshmen.

I canāt believe they need to see my spring grades. I am applying as a sophomore and I have a 4.0 with 72 units. WTF
That is unfortunate, given your stats. What major?
Also, what kind of ECs do you have? I could understand why they would want spring grades if grades is basically all you had on your app.
