@zettasyntax Thanks for the response!! My restrictions changed to a later time again today and now there’s a phone number, description, location and description code under the account restrictions. I also got the ability to benefit notice on my YouSC portal and an email from my counselor saying that I’ll hear back soon. Sorry for all of the questions, but does this mean that I got in??
okay so just requested my official transcripts for my spring grades, they should be ready by this friday, And once i have it, I’ll go directly to USC and give it to them, since June 30th is literally right around the corner. Ahhh so terrified!!! X_X

Nevermind I figured it out! So it says that I got in for the spring, but I’m totally fine with that! I’m so excited that I can finally attend my dream school. I had a pretty terrible GPA, but if you want me to post my stats on the other page I can!
@scismydream Congrats!! What was your gpa/major? Also, how many spring classes did you take and what grades did you receive in them?
Thanks!! My GPA is a 3.0 cumulative and I got into Human Biology. I took 15 credits (3 classes) and I got a 4.0 in two of them and a 2.7 in the other. Hope this helps!

@zettasyntax well that’s not much of a difference, sorta. Yeah it must’ve sucked but it sure is better than a rejection! I was rejected from a ton of schools and it’s not a good feeling. But, now that you’ve made it to USC I think you should go there. I’m sure they do want you to attend, if they didn’t, they would’ve rejected you. There’s just not enough room. I remembered I was really bummed out when I was waitlisted by UCLA, but I realized it wasn’t because they didn’t want me, it was just because there wasn’t enough room. I’m still waitlisted because I at least want to know if I got in.
Is it true they send out rejections last?

I sent my final spring grades in on June 10th and emailed my counselor letting her know, and on June 16th she replied back letting me know she received them. I called USC a couple days ago and an admissions team member said no decision has been made at this time. I don’t know, I don’t want to lose hope but I feel like I’m going to be rejected.

I just feel like my GPA is not high enough.
@Ellie64 I’m in a very similar situation as you are. Although I did get my spring grades in about a week and a half earlier (June 1st). I took 19 units and received a 4.0, all of which were usc GE’s and pre reqs. I do have a lower gpa than you (3.45 in February, 3.69 now). To me, it wouldn’t make sense for you to be rejected as you continued to improve your gpa while taking a rigorous schedule, so don’t lose hope! I truly believe there is no rhyme or reason to when decisions are sent out at this time, because if you look at last years thread, students were being accepted well into July. Also, it may be a good sign! Perhaps they were waiting to accept you (hopefully us haha) so they could place you in the fall semester! Lots of the students for marshall that got early decisions were placed in the spring. So just stay positive! You did awesome this semester and I’m sure everything will work out! I talked to my counselor on Tuesday and he said to expect a decision “very soon” so that better mean by next week haha! Unless we have completely different definitions of “very soon”. i just got my package marshall school of business fall 2015!!!
so I had that ability to benefit requirement and I received an email yesterday from financial aid but I went to check today now it says application in review? lol I’m so confused, now it doesn’t require any documents from me and I haven’t submitted anything yet
