Just got my acceptance letter to viterbi this afternoon!
How does everyone initially find out a decision: through an email, actual letter, or some financial aid sign?
@zettasyntax Yeah I know, it’s such a long time! I was thinking about calling admissions tomorrow, but I guess there’s no point. Oh well. Keep me updated if you hear anything!

@lazevike Thank you. How long ago did you submit your spring grades? I sent mine in two weeks ago and am anxiously awaiting my decision!
@provence97 mine was dating 6/21, the acceptance seems to be coming out in regions, so some people might get it a bit later
@zettasyntax So the admissions office said that spring transfer admits will not be bumped up to fall and only freshman students are given that option 
I don’t understand why they would have the option to notify us if a spot opens up if they’re going to give that spot to freshman applicants
Do anyone know when’s the deadline to defer? Or are you only given the option to defer before committing?
Is anyone in the same boat as me? I’m an out of state transfer and i have a bunch of unevaluated courses in my TCR. I have no clue what my class standing is and they pretty much told me that the “unknown” courses will be evaluated before orientation (which is in august for me) I don’t want to move to a different state if most of my classes will not transfer and i have to start out as a freshman. 
@scismydream Is that what they said? I guess that means UCLA it is I don’t really get that at all. A freshmen student has all the time in the world compared to the typical transfer student, but maybe that’s also why they think we can wait longer =\ Ugh, my hope is basically at 0% now, but maybe my complaint to the dean will at least result in a consideration of a semester switch

@jch718 I don’t think it has been an eternity yet for me, but I am still playing the waiting game (they got my transcripts 10 days ago)! Don’t worry, we’re on the same boat 
@mochibbycake i turned mine in on the 1st of June so I’m really starting to have doubts
@batusa Wow, those weren’t any of the options you picked. That sucks. Did you already submit for a reassignment? No. I haven’t. I am getting kinda worried because it is not guaranteed. I am thinking of applying to Tuscany but I heard it’s more expensive… I might give USC housing a call tomorrow and see what they have to say.
