do admissions start pulling from the wait- list depending on who all commits to staying on the waitlist when they get their initial decision or do they start pulling off the list based on who actually enrolls as of May 1?

@KCThompson I am not an expert, but it is my understanding that most people are simply accepted to the UW, and only some are directly admitted to their major. I believe if you were directly admitted to the business school it would say it on your acceptance as I have seen other people here posting direct admit to business. So likely you were not direct admitted to business and will have to apply to the business school at the end of your sophomore year I believe. Look on their business school site and it probably explains all of this.
