I actually got in EA at University of Chicago, which is by far my first choice. I’m waiting on a few Ivies and Rice in the next few weeks.

I expected a lot to get waitlisted this year, especially with the overenrollment last year, they are probably going to utilize the waitlist more this year than in the past, but I still figured I had a good shot of getting accepted.

Congrats to all those accepted! I’m pretty bummed because I planned everything around it, cause WashU was my first choice. I guess, being an athletic recruit didnt help as much as I though it would. Hopefully I will be able to get off the waitlist.

i have to say that you guys are amazing. i don’t know why WashU waitlisted any of you b/c your stats look incredible. also, i remember that Pandora, you got a likely letter from Harvard!! (i’m not a stalker :b) i truly think that the college application process is random now. hopefully you guys will go to another great university and don’t feel bad about WashU.
