I feel better since it wasn’t a rejection, but this is my third waitlist in 2 days.
Aw, crap.

Waitlisted, but I probably wouldn’t go here anyway. In a way, not getting in keeps my already difficult decision from getting harder.

Bigben–It’s always good to have a strong selection of schools to choose from. We may initially prefer one over another, but the truth is, there’s no single school that’s the absolute perfect fit for any one person. We’re in the same situation as you: daughter waitlisted at WashU, accepted at two wonderful schools, and waiting to hear on several others. Best of luck to you!

Quite frankly, I’m sure there are people who wanted that spot more than me, so I’m ok with it, this makes my decision process easier (I’m almost settled on U of Chicago, though I still hafta hear from three more schools). Congrats to all those who were accepted!

Haha! I am waitlisted too… (like, how many waitlists are there???) I don’t wanna keep my hopes up too high, I checked the website, and it says that usually there are about 1000 ppl getting waitlisted, and only 20ish of them get in…just wondering tho, is WUSTL harder to get in than schools like Cornell?

I thought we were supposed to hear April 1?

need advice: The January Program is a program (lol, defining a word with itself) that lets students come for the spring semester in January.

Apparently, there were only 40 students accepted into the program.

but do they offer it because they want to replace the expected drop out freshmen from first semester?
