In case any Ohio State counselors are on here or ever read this THANK you for rejecting kids you would reject fast and upfront. It is so much nicer to have a decision, move on and deal with it, then having a ton of acceptances come out while we wait, wait, wait. It really is just a good karma thing to do. You can’t admit everyone, so thank you for pulling the bandaid off.

what state are you in? based on your scattergrams does OSU typically take most that apply?
don’t assume with that many that she has no chance - at our HS sooooo many apply and sooooo many still get in
People have just reported acceptances on reddit! They got their decisions 7 hours on the dot from the buckeye email, so there might be something there.
My kiddo was rejected, NO email. Checked the portal and was unable to get in until about 5:40, got in and the decision was there. It was a reach for him so not surprised. OOS and business- I knew it was a reach so I told him what the hell, go for business- if you get in it will be amazing and if you don’t, kind of what we expected anyway. I am just really so grateful to know upfront.
was thinking it would follow an order based on that morning email - got it at 8:55am - approaching hour 10 here
