Finally Accepted! I think they mention about it if one is not accepted to the applied campus. In my daughterās portal, the campus is shown as COL in Application status page where it shows the status, college, program etc., as a single line. So I assume, itās the same campus.
Acceptance finally came through. Acceptance fee was added in the To Do section as well.
OOS; Public Health major; 3.96/4.3 GPA; 33 ACT; 4x varsity athlete, leadership, voluteering, work experience, and attended summer health programs at John Hopkins and UC Irvine.

They said during the info session that they guarantee admission to the other campuses for in state students .

Anyone called the Admissions office yesterday to ask:
- if round 2 (Jan19) will also look like 8 DEC protocolā¦meaning a round of denials up front?.. or have you heard / read that all denials have been sent out for both EA rounds?.. the answer to this question will make waiting a lot more palatable. TIA//

fyi-just read on reddit that someone just got accepted 20 min ago (industrial engineering) so hopefully this will be ongoing
So I just wanted to post on here and let you all know that my son got an email at 4:30 today and was accepted at 5 PM today. I never knew that you could hear on a Saturday, so wanted to let you all know we were checking fiercely yesterday, but nothing.

Iām not a staff member, just a very observant student. I think that they will be deffering more in the Janurary round, because they will have an initial understanding of the strength of the RD admission pool. If it is strong, it could lead to a rejection. If it is normal, it will probably be a defer. And if it is weak, it could lead to acceptance. I donāt know any of this for sure though, I was lucky enough to get in last night! Jan 19 decision could also mean they truely need more time to review all applicants, and you will reviewed in the same way as were were. I donāt know for sure.

That is what I would expect. It will probably be rejections then defferals then acceptances. They release the decision types in waves, and I think that one of the reaons why the acceptances were so late was becuase there was a very small defer wave yesterday. Each wave lasts about three hours, so that could have explained the long wait.
