Ohio State University Early Action For Fall 2024 Admission

Does getting a merit scholarship put you out of the running for Morrill? I just recieved National Buckeye Yesterday

I find it crazy how OSU doesn’t put it in the portal, it’s probably easier and cheaper to do that then to make us wait weeks/months for it

Their portal looks so old that it probably can’t accomodate that info. They really need to switch to slate.

@Speer my son went test optional and received the National Buckeye.

@jpmelon1312 Can you let us know what the second merit letter was about? Thank you!

Also interested in any info on this. We are in a similar situation.

Great thx. If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the weighed and unweighted gps? I’m trying to figure out if we will get merit

Try tOSU’s net price calculator. It estimates merit.

Useless if you don’t know rank, which I don’t

Just take an educated guess. It’ll be close enough.

i tried but it doesnt do merit for test optional students. It will only estimate financial aid based on need.

housing contracts begin to go out on 3/15 based on order of acceptance of OSU.

Oh, I had no idea!

commit bro.

S24 received Trustee (1,000) and Buckeye(13,500) scholarships.

Actually it was a false alarm. I misread something - so a big nothing burger.

Oh no, our other college visits are not done until April 1st week. We liked the north campus when we did the buckeye bound.

do you have to be committed to recieve merit? or have you guys been recieving merit and aren’t committed to OSU yet.

You do not have to commit to get merit.
