<p>Since I was looking at the sheet earlier – you shouldn’t detach the bottom part you were looking at, and IIRC you don’t need to write anything on the pink envelope, just put a stamp on it.</p>
<p>Also, you should probably get going, heh, since it needs to be postmarked at the latest tomorrow.</p>
