Good grief. Someone should tell this young man that he needs to stop talking. He is making himself look more ridiculous with every interview/statement.
I’d be interested to see if such laws exist and more importantly, wonder if any of those laws could survive a challenge on Constitutional grounds(Employer’s right to free association which is also protected under the First Amendment so long as it doesn’t conflict with anti-discrimination laws/EEOC protections or other employment protection laws) or conflicts with the necessity for employers to exert efforts to ensure a workplace free from discriminatory/hostile work environment/harassment against those covered under EEOC protected classes.

Actually, I completely agree with this. Many of the problems in this country are due to people who are adamant that they are right and their opposition is completely wrong, to the point they refuse to consider anything valid the opposition might say.
