Anyone else update to OS9 on their iPad?
I did and it’s create a number of issues. I have apps that don’t run…at all.
Words With Friends totally freezes up.
I wish I hadn’t done that upgrade.

Our IT guru sent an email explaining that on older devices and with older apps this update will create issues. So no updates for me. iOS 6 works just fine on my soon-to-be-dead iPhone 5. Lol.
Words with friends not working?! Yikes.
I have an iPad air 2, (purchased oct 2014), and haven’t upgraded the iOS since I purchased it. I’ve been considering updating to iOS 9, but decided to wait until the dust settles to decide.
I had disappointing results when I updated the iOS on my iPhone 4 way back in 2011, and vowed to never update again. So far I haven’t.
If you have backed up your iPad, I’d restore it from the backup.
I’ve been running iOS9 for a long time and have only had a few, almost completely minor issues on either my phone (which is a 5 - for another week) or my iPad (which is also not new).
I have a less than two,year old iPad Air. It should NOT be having these issues.
I just want the old operating system back. I’m not happy with this one.
So I am not the only one who has never updated my iPad? Cool. It works fine - for what I need from it - so I see no reason to update. iPad 2 that is several years old - still running iOS 6, I think.
I have not updated my iPad. I also never update my iPhone.
A friend just posted on FB about issues she is having updating her phone - 4 hours and still updating? My kids think I am nuts, but this is one of those “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” situations for me.
Some sites “yell” at me for using an older iOS - I just close them. Can buy that junk elsewhere, on a site that works with my phone, or live without it. 
2 years is a millennium in Apple time. That said, the damn thing should work seamlessly with your iPad. So much for excited reviewers in WSJ etc. proclaiming this update the best iOS ever.
This new IOS sucks…pardon my language!
On the IPad, there used to be a little row of opened applications at the bottoms wjen you double clicked the little dot.
Now you get to scroll through the open full pages. It’s a pain. And not an improvement.
There is something going on with the font and touch keyboard.
And for some odd reason, I can’t seem to save pictures to my albums for emails sent or FB…which was never a problem before this update.
And for the record…Siri is an idiot compared to Google Girl. My husband has a motoX and I’m really impressed with his Google girl! Much smarter and can do much more just voice activated…than stupid Siri.
Can you tell I am annoyed?
It keeps crashing safari - iOS 9 iPad Air 1
Yep…I’ve had safari crash too. And apps that just disappear and go back to my main screen. Poof.
