I just called the Admissions Office and they said that the results have NOT been mailed yet. Although, the lady was a huge b****. I wanted to curse her off but thought that wouldnt be good for the whole decision thing…

hahaha probably not syncmaster.

should we call and let her know that you’re really psed! And that you demand to know on the phone whether you have been accepted!

haha…i think we should

Is there anyone who knows officially a definite date they’ll send letters by?

Is it April 1st?

yeah probably it is April 1st

nothing today in FL

Nothing in NC either. I thought they were going to announce decisions BY April 1, not mail them ON April 1. Ug. This is painful.

someone needs to call and find out what’s going on. now.

nothing in NJ

chill out! you’ll all get your decision soon enough. some of you need to breathe! now if today was april 3rd it would be a different story…

I think it’s weird that we in-states would hear first. By the time you OOSers hear, it will be only 2 weeks until the accepted students’ event. You guys are the ones who need more time to plan for that since you have so far to come.

True dat, namtrag. I’m really impatient even though I know I’ll be getting a thin envelope. Sigh.

The Office of Undergraduate Admission will mail all freshmen decision letters no later than April 1, 2006.

Yes, their website actually says 2006. <a href=“Admission & Aid | William & Mary”>Admission & Aid | William & Mary;

Since April 1st is a Saturday, I guess they’ll be mailing them by tomorrow?

No, in the government, if it falls on a weekend, the deadline becomes the next business day. At least with the IRS, it does!

Frickity frack, they won’t be sent until MONDAY?! They really aren’t giving us much time to make arrangments for the Open Campus thingy.

But no later than April 1st means BEFORE April 1st, regardless of the day of the week.

You are probably right, but when the IRS says something is due on April 15, and it falls on a Saturday, your taxes aren’t due until the 17th. I am a CPA, so I notice this stupid crap!

for you guy’s sake, I hope I am wrong. I think someone called earlier this week, and the lady told him they were going out today. Look up a little ways in the thread.

I’m getting so impacient…this is why online notification is so much more logical.

online notification is more logical because you are impatient?

that doesn’t really make sense.
