Funny timely story.
If you know me, you know I am
Not a good gift receiver. Give me words or spend time with me, great but I don’t like receiving gifts necessarily.
This morning I woke up to these side by side on the counter. My
Old PC toaster oven pan and a new one.
My H who doesn’t cook at all noticed how seasoned the old one is (it’s at least 25 years old) and thought that was a bad thing! So he ordered a new one off eBay - this is also funny cause my H DOES NOT shop and knows it’s better to not buy me gifts.
When I saw it he said “happy Mother’s Day! I know you hate gifts so I saved it for Father’s Day” 
25 years later I use this ALL the time. Don’t have a toaster oven anymore but use it in the oven for roasting separate veggies, baking a couple slices of bacon, anything in small quantities.
Now I can roast two separate vegetables for my picky husband who doesn’t like things touching!! 
I pro is my old one is clean just well used!
