IF transferring to UCLA is the end goal, which option has higher chances of being transferred?

- Go to Pasadena City College, then transfer

CC students have priority. Check out this to see: https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/Tr_Prof14.htm
Go to City. CCC students have priority. Plus I heard that UC to UC transfer is pretty hard. So go to city and complete all the pre-recs with a good GPA, and get involved with some solid ECs.
Good luck!
… Not to mention the HUGE cost savings in attending a Community College in California for two years. If I not mistaken, the cost per credit/unit at a California Community College is about $46! Why more California students doesn’t go this route is beyond comprehension.
