I really want to do P.A.L.S next year which is my school’s peer mentoring program, basically students go to the junior highs and elementary schools and are assigned students that they are to help with academic performance, and personal issues. On the other hand I also really want to do the health science program, in which students volunteer at hospitals, obtain their Pharmacy Technician Certification or CNA license, and learn about careers in the medical field. I want to work in the medical field, so PALS would help with interaction, but health science would actually give me some experience. But the health science class offers certifications that I probably wouldn’t ever use, and plus I do volunteer service at hospitals over the summer, but the experience still sounds worth it. I’m really stuck, and I have no clue what to do, advice is greatly appreciated!
