<p>and for the record, one of my friends chose brown over Penn, and is completely dreading it. her parents made her go to brown because of financial aid situations.</p>

<p>Well we aren’t going to the Brown forum and doing this. We are doing it on the Penn forum. We’re just sick and tired of people coming here and putting us down. Penn and Brown are both fine schools. So is Cornell and Princeton and Emory and a whole bunch of other schools. I’m just sick of seeing people on CC saying stuff like Penn is as good as a state school or Penn is only worth it for Wharton, and a bunch of other crap. I don’t talk smack about any college (except in jest) and I respect all institutions of higher learning. Why do people get off on putting Penn down?</p>
