I don’t think this new change is related to Smeal. My son applied to the College of Earth and Mineral Science and his portal just changed like this too.

Ok so it changed for everyone. Not an indication of a decision tonight. I’m gonna go bake some brownies and call it a night.

Ours changed too. Waiting patiently here for OOS nursing, hoping for something tonight 
We have the updated verbiage too in the last hour but we still have the test optional button .

It seems kind of cruel to put #PSBound… usually, I only see that after you are accepted.

We also now have the new verbiage- OOS DUS applicant.
Nursing “FRESHMAN DIRECT ADMIT” acceptances went out in one batch and it’s done.
There is already a Zoom Meeting scheduled for next week for accepted and “Admitted” paid the enrollment fee students. They can admit more later as some will not attend. So a Deferral is not bad for Nursing.
We do too - OOS architecture. I do feel like it is weird/cruel to add #PSBound if there will not be an acceptance (soon!). Something similar happened with D24’s application to Ohio State - hopeful update added to admissions portal, then an hour later acceptance made. Fingers crossed?

Wonder if students are sending updated transcripts for first semester grades ? Just a thought

I emailed the admissions advisor asking if I should update the SRAR with first term grades and she said no- that if the high school updates the common app portal with the first term grades, then they are automatically downloaded right to the college. Which my daughters school does… I’m sure you could ask for them to be submitted if you want it.
This is the 3rd time portal has changed here and still nothing! But did change to same as yours this afternoon. Last week it said “decision tomorrow” and then changed back to original.

How do you know that nursing went out in one batch??
My son is EMS as well and got the update too (with the #PSUBound tag). My son is Geosciences. What is yours?

My D got accepted 11/15, I believe only final grade transcripts are required.
