<p>Make sure you graduate at the very top of your class (students in your major), try to get involved in a significant research project and accomplish something out of the classroom (extra-curricular), and you have a shot.</p>
<p>And don’t forget to establish a good relationship with 3 profs; you will need 3 outstanding recommendations.</p>

<p>I wasn’t reffering to nobel prize winning research when I said “major research”. Just any “real” research (and most college profs are involved in some sort of research), not the kind of “research” some American kids are doing, like tracking a toad for a few days or the like.</p>
