<p>Phillips Exeter wants me to send my written and typed essays to them but I’m wondering if I should write the prompt and number before my response to that prompt.
Like this (with number):</p>

<p>PE is blah blah and I blah blah.</p>

<p>Or just this (no number):</p>

<p>PE is blah blah and I blah blah.</p>

<p>Think of it like an essay you’d do for school, and include the prompt and number. It clarifies that you know how to structure an essay, and that you pay attention to detail.</p>
