I have a further suggestion. IMO, this was initially meant to post pictures the posters taken personally, but the thread morphed a little. If people post other people’s work, please give credit to the person or entity who owns the photo. I’m not a copyright lawyer, but I stayed a few nights at Holiday Inn Express…

On a road trip now so here are a few photos. The highlight so far was digging for quartz crystals in AR. I could have spent a week looking for them. I found a few good ones but the pics don’t do them justice. We also went to the Crater of Diamonds State Park also in AR, but it was a bust. Stopping at Rockhound State Park in NM, and going on a hike to see some saguaros in Tucson, then on to Sacramento.

West Texas is a hellscape. I don’t recommend!
