Fun to see the capes. They were posing for photos for the tourists but I didn’t get a good one. They gave permission for their photos to be taken and collected euros for their student council in Exchange for postcards.

Taken just now. FDIL2’s stepdad made us this bluebird house last month. He used the siding from their 200 year old house. I think some had to be replaced. This is the first bluebird we’ve seen! We are quite excited!

We see that vehicle a lot when we visit the LL Bean flagship store in Freeport. You can request its presence at weddings - not sure if there is a charge. Our friend used to drive it. 
They must have more than one, if you saw this in Ohio.

Looks like a Jacaranda tree. They are blooming all over Southern California.

Felt like I had the Uffizi all to myself the last hour before closing tonight. Most of the rooms were either empty or only had one or two people. I almost didnt go.
i had just finished a two hour tour in the rain, and had already walked 12000 steps and after 4 days here I am on sensory overload. Ha. SO glad I put my big girl panties on and did it.
