<p>What are the three things that a college has to match on your requirements? These are three things that the school must be or it’s just not the right college for you and never could be.</p>

<p>Has to be in the northeast (I live in FL, but hate it here and wouldn’t want to live in the south or west.) </p>
<p>It has to have a relatively decent financial aid package.</p>

2) Needs to be tolerant of viewpoints (I’m not a major conservative, but I’m definitely not on the liberal side)
3) Can’t be too large (the max size would be around 9k)</p>
