<p>Pirates are pretty horrible. They’ve been romanticized of late but in reality, a traditional (or modern) pirate is one fo the last people you would want to meet.</p>
<p>Ninjas don’t seem nearly so bad, though modern perceptions of them are similarly distorted.</p>
<p>Ninjas were mercenaries. They were assassins. Granted, many Pirates were really bad people [not early Spanish ones, but that’s another story], but they also had fun, despite their glorified-hobo status.</p>
<p>^^^ When there is a professional sports version of ninjas that will have weight.</p>
<p>^^That’s in line with what I mean. Pirates burned, raped, and pillaged. They terrorized civillians. Ninjas killed people, yes, for hire, but only those certain people, many, if not most, of whom were not innocent.</p>
<p>Ninjas. Those modern day pirates were going to hold an entire African cruise hostage if they didn’t get them away by sounding the very loud fog horn.</p>
