Placed in South Campus Clemen Hall?

Hey i will be a new transfer student with 30 credits and my intended major is Industrial Engineering. I just received my room placement and they placed me in Clemen Hall, South campus when all my classes are in the North Campus.

Are the rooms in Clemen Hall big and can i still change to the North Campus? Is there a gym close to the Clemen Hall and what is the social life in Clemen Hall/South campus?

Thanks
Eric

It’s not a big deal to travel from South to North everyday, there is a bus that travels between campuses all day every day. Besides the rooms in Clement are suite style, which means at the most you would only have to share a bathroom with three other people. No dorms on North Campus are set up this way. Clark Gym is on South Campus about 12 minutes by foot away from Clement.

Do you know how big the rooms are for males? Also whats fun to do at south campus or near?

When I transferred into UB I lived in on south. While you may feel like it sucks, I can say south is much more enjoyable to live in. Its quite fun and very close to Buffalo. It has University Plaza right across the street with many stores like Starbucks and tops supermarkets and McDonalds. Down the road is wendys and subway and wall greens.

To be honest living on south can be pretty hectic and crazy. I loved it.
