First of all you need to find out what you can afford to pay without taking on any debt. Then you need to get your parents to run the NPC for BU and see what it might cost you. If the difference is larger than the maximum subsidized federal loan amount, then you cannot afford it.
Do not apply ED to a university that you cannot afford.
Also, you apparently live in Massachusetts. U.Mass Amherst is very, very good for computer science. I have worked in high tech for my entire career. I have worked with a lot of graduates from U.Mass. The best of them are superb, and are very much on the same level as the best graduates that I have worked with from MIT and Stanford.
