But I will say…why are you considering ED anywhere?
What is your home state? What is your intended major?
What is your budget?
What do you want in a university? Would you prefer a large school or a small school? Would you prefer to be in a city or a small town? Do you have other thoughts about what sort of university or college you would prefer?
You 790 on the math SAT plus your being a math tutor makes me think that you are good at math. There are a lot of things in this world that use math, and quite a few potential majors that are math heavy. I was a math major, a long time ago, and it has turned out to be useful. However, students who are good in math also frequently do well at a wide range of other majors including engineering, physics, computer science, economics, AI, and quite a few other things.
My primary recommendation regarding ED is that you do not need to apply ED anywhere. You should only apply ED if two things are true: (1) There is a school that is clearly your top choice; (2) Either your family is fine being full pay at that school, or a parent has run the Net Price Calculator (NPC) and it predicts that the school will be affordable. Many very good students do not apply ED at all. Admissions at colleges and universities are looking for students who will be a good fit, and they get it right relatively often.
I think that you are going to have a lot of very good options. Finding the right one for you is important (although strong students can usually do well at a wide range of schools).
What does this mean ? If you had all Bs, you wouldn’t have a 3.82.
As for ED, if you don’t have a favorite, then you have no reason to ED. ED is not a game but rather for people who know what they want and are willing to pay for it….ie you’d give up access to merit money that you’d get with your stats. Or you want to ensure you can afford the school whether through need aid or full pay.
Like others ask, we need to know more about you - budget, major, desires - large, medium, small…urban, rural, etc.
I would definitely apply to at least a couple “PHYSM” options, perhaps all five. You can pursue an undergraduate degree in economics, both B.A. & B.S., depending on the school. I assume economics based on the OP.
You may want to consider an SAT retake to increase the Reading/Writing score to 750+ for “PHYSM.” Your 790 math score is an excellent one.
The “3” in AP Computer Science shouldn’t matter; submit only if & when required to do so. You should submit all AP scores of “4” and “5” on college applications.
The 2 “B” grades in AP English Language & AP Statistics: you scored a “5” on the AP English exam; what did you score on the AP Statistics exam?
The “C” grade in Arabic & the lack of 3 or 4 foreign language classes is what could keep you out, depending on how strong of an admissions requirement it is. Are you planning to continue studying Arabic?
So X amount in grade 9, none in 10th and 2 in 11th? How many in 9th?

This is not a cost constraint. You must provide a yearly budget - what can your family afford?
Budget is what ultimately determines where you can attend. Some can afford pricey schools though through need based, merit or other assistance if they are unable to pay in full.
I’ll assume your family is full pay in the eyes of the colleges unless you tell me otherwise. So you need a max budget and then we can find schools to fit that budget.
Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident? Or are you an international student. Does resident of maryland mean you are a U.S. citizen residing in Maryland?
Budget means…how much can and will your family contribute to your college costs each year.
What possible majors are you interested in? What are your interests?
Do you want urban/suburban/rural? Where geographically in the U.S. would you like to be? What size college are you looking for? Religious vs secular? How far from home do you want to be?
Most colleges only allow two letters of reference. You likely won’t be able to use all of these. Many colleges would like to see one humanities teacher and one STEM.
Is University of Maryland affordable for your family? If so, apply in the early round as this school accepts the vast majority of students in the early round.
University of Maryland Baltimore County is another option so check to see if there are majors you are interested in…and see if the costs are affordable.
If you are currently a HS senior, sit down with your parents and run the net price calculators for each college of interest.
