I’m currently taking honors precalc online through Johns Hopkins CTY. I’m 6 and a half chapters in to the 10 chapter class, and I just got my midterm score back. My grade is cumulative, and I have an 87 right now. In order to even hope to bring that up to a 90, A-, I’d need to get a 100 on every single assignment and test as well as the final, which is impossible. I just can’t learn from the videos in the class, and my virtual instructor hasn’t been helpful at all.
I’m looking for other options because this class has been driving me insane with stress. I can possibly go back and join the normal precalc class at my school, but that isn’t really a good option for me personally. Does anyone have suggestions of other ways I could take precalc now and still finish by the end of June?
