<p>I called the local UPS distribution center that loads the delivery trucks for my area. They can look it up by address.</p>

<p>It is a $3000 one time scholarship. He received the $5000 Horatio Alger last week. The good thing about Tulane is it is one of the schools that match the Horatio Alger scholarship! But DHS would have been nice. Guess we will just have to get enough small ones that add up to the cost of tuition!</p>

As for the packaging, it had a tracking number and one place it had our state, then a dash, then the first 3 numbers of our zip code. I couldn’t get anything to come up in UPS tracking, however, so I don’t think that is the reference.
I am keeping my fingers crossed for all of you.</p>
<p>Ok, I called UPS and the man said he can only tell if an attempt has been made to deliver without success. He took my addy and nothing was listed which I knew since no attempt was made yet. Without a tracking number he said he cant see if I am going to get something. Dont know who has the real info. Tired of waiting!!!</p>
