Please recommend strong academics with Asperger's support schools

I would appreciate it if you could recommend a school for a 15-year-old boy who is an exceptionally gifted student in math and coding with mild Asperger’s. He wants to make friends, but it’s hard for him. His parents hope to find an academically strong school with support. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks.

Day school or boarding school? And where in this country??

Boarding school, but day school is okay if they take international students. Prefer the New England area or the East Coast. Thank you @thumper1

Checking for clarity. This student will be coming here from another country?

  1. Is this student fluent in English?
  2. Can the family pay the full cost of attendance?
  3. Will this student be applying as a high school freshman?
  4. Has he ever lived far away from his family before?
  5. And lastly, could you list the family goals for this student?

If this is an international student, where would he live if he attended a day school?

  1. Yes, he has been at an international school since 1st grade.
  2. Yes, a full-pay student.
  3. No, he will be applying as a grade 10
  4. Yes, he attended many overnight summer programs in the States.
  5. Be better prepared academically and socially, and hopefully get into more selective colleges. Thanks.

Suggestion…has the family reached out to these summer program folks who know this student. Perhaps they would have a suggestion.

I will ask around and see if I can come up with any options.

Check this school. It’s located in southern CT and provides very individualized instruction to all its students.

@thumper1 Thank you so much for your recommendation. I’ll check it out.
