My daughter and I walked from the Towers over to Washington Center next to the Library on Sunday, and we were around campus all day Saturday and until 2 PM on Sunday.
Almost everyone I saw was wearing masks, except for a handful of oblivious folks at Tower 4. They were going into and out of the building without masks, and there was obviously zero enforcement.
That said, the vast majority of the people in the dorm and surrounding areas were masked.
