Got ours up today. My tree’s lights can be all white or multi-colored, so I posted a pic of each iteration.
Our new place has very few flat surfaces, so the bar cart was my only option for Mary, Joseph, and Jesus
After babysitting our littlest grandchild, I was reminded how much work babies are, so I’d be happy to be placed as close to the source of booze as possible. Betcha Mary and Joseph are perfectly fine with their placement!
That tree looks like a lot of work. Is it? It’s lovely.
Not really. It does have a lot of ornaments. It probably took me three hours or so?
This is our future decor. We will drag this sucker inside a week before Christmas and decorate. I don’t do anything elaborate, just the tree and the outdoor lights.
But I love to see pics of other folks’ beautiful decorations!
This is my Charlie Brown Xmas tree that lives on top of my cubbie at work. There’s a long story about how it came to be. It was a coworkers live plant at one point. The greenery on top is a snippet from my fake tree at home. I could stand to dust the poor thing. It’s probably been a good 15 years.
Our tree (went up the day after Thanksgiving) with some additional shots of ornaments. We have ballet dancers (over 10), poodles (at least 3), Bichon (2.5), and a Freak Flag by a local clay artist. Most of our ornaments are single and collected over the years (the hodgepodge option).
Bah humbug.
Pulled out the containers buried in the shed. The star is missing along with most of the tinsel. Ugh! There’s plenty of bulbs, though. Pics forthcoming after a trip to Target.
So cozy, and your pup is so cute!
No decor yet but here’s a Holiday pic of Tech beating UVA’s butt. And some blurry screenshots from a video of my dog trying to catch snowflakes yesterday.
We don’t get that white stuff in Texas.
I wish we could share actual videos on here. I think we used to be able to.
Born on a bar cart, because there was no room at the Inn…
