<p>A while back, a couple of people posted methods for saving Private Messages to a Word document or other file, in order to clear out a full PM box.</p>

<p>The bottom right-hand corner of your PM screen (Download All Private Messages As) gives you three hyperlinked options to download your messages. You can also just highlight the text you want, then copy and paste it into a Word document, for example.</p>
<p>The “delete” button works wonders, too. ;)</p>
