10: Honors Trig/Pre Calc
11: AP Calc AB
12: AP Calc BC</p>

<p>the usual…</p>

<p>algebra etc then
8th-Geometry
9th-Al 2
10th - PreCalc
11th - Calc BC (maybe I should have taken AB, I would have gotten 100’s on everything…but nooo, I had to choose BC :()
12th -Maybe Multi, still thinking…</p>

<p>^ neither do I, I had to change schools to get ap calc, And I’m studying cal 3 on my own because I like it.</p>

<p>my school district doesnt let people “skip”–instead they’re put into this special program. i was in it but i still felt behind
8th grade–algebra 1
9th-- geometry
10th–algebra 2
11th-- precal
12th-- ap calc bc </p>

<p>I am really NOT a math person so ap calc is no fun :(</p>

<p>^What’s wrong with some schools? My school has that same program- one year ahead. (So Alg. 1 in 7th)</p>

<p>I just looked at the TJ math sequence… I should’ve tried to leave after my freshman and sophomore year.</p>

<p>Their math packets are a joke. Freshman in Calc BC there… crazy smart.</p>

<p>Speaking of which… there were TJ people in my MUN conference… they got gavel. Brown people.</p>

<p>1 year ahead of normal sequence</p>

<p>Through 6th grade, regular math.
7th grade, pre-algebra
8th grade, algebra
9th grade, geometry
10th, algebra II.</p>

<p>next year will be Advanced Math and then Calc</p>

<p>Wow my school sucks so bad. Most people start algebra in 5th grade?</p>

<p>7th grade - “Pre Algebra”
8th grade - Algebra I
9th grade - Geometry
10th grade - Algebra II
11th grade - Pre Calculus
12th grade - AP Calc AB or BC (I chose BC)</p>

<p>I’m sort of disappointed because the year after we graduate, they’re adding some ‘integrated accelerated’ thing that allows 11th graders to take Calculus and then more advanced classes.</p>

<p>^^I know, right?</p>

<p>Point of depression for me.</p>

<p>6th- Advanced math
7th- Pre-Algebra (We had to take a test to get into Algebra 1 and I didn’t do well enough)
8th- Algebra A (One third of Algebra 1 because I slacked off in Pre-Algebra due to arrogance)
9th- Algebra B/C + Honors Geometry
10th- Honors Algebra 2/Trig
11th- Honors Pre-Calculus
12th- Planning on AP Calculus AB</p>

<p>I think I fell into “Calculus Trap”.
6th grade-Alg I
7th: Geometry-Alg II
Skipped Precalculus
8th: Calculus I</p>

<h2>9th: Calculus II+III</h2>

<p>Estimated:
10th: Linear Algebra or research math
11th. AP Stats
12th. Research math</p>

<p>6th: Advanced Math
7th: Advanced Pre-Algebra
8th: Algebra I Honors
9th: Geometry Honors
10th: Algebra II Honors
11th: AP Stat and Pre-Calc
12th: AP Calc AB with BC self-study</p>

<p>Ugh. I hate math.</p>

<p>6th Grade : 8th grade math
7th : Algebra 1
8th : Geometry Enriched
9th : Algebra 2 Enriched</p>

<p>Estimated :
I want to take precalc over the summer or some alternative to it being taught in school, but for now, here is what I think I’m doing.</p>

<p>10th : Precalc Enriched
11th : AP Calc BC
12 : Calc III (my school offers it)</p>

<p>If I do get to complete precalc somewhere else, I might take AP stat, idk.</p>

<p>All done as part of a double accelerated program.</p>

<p>7th: Math A
8th: Math A/B
9th: Math B Honors
10th: Pre-Calc Honors
11th: AP Calc BC
12th (planned): AP Stat</p>

<p>8th: Geometry
9th: Algebra II / skip Precalc
10th: Calc BC</p>

<p>Planned:</p>

<p>11th: Multivariable Calc / Linear Algebra
12th: Differential Equations</p>

<p>6th: Compacted/Honors Math
7th: Honors Math 7

<p>9th: Alg 1
10th: Geometry & Alg 2/Trig
11th: Pre Cal & AP Cal AB</p>

<p>next year I’m taking AP Stat</p>
