Can someone please help me in deciding to be a posse finalist for ED of University of Virginia by not consider other applications to pre-med tract or BS/MD programs?
Which is more affordable? How much undergrad debt would you have under either scenario? Does the non-Posse school have a strong support system?
So many people start our pre-med and change majors/don’t have the GPA.

Your original question is slightly confusing, but full tuition is full tuition. I can’t imagine turning that down.
Schools that have Posse have a strong support system in place specifically for the Posse students to help ensure their academic success. That is a benefit you may not get (a strong support system to help ensure your academic success) at a non-Posse school/program.
Choosing a school specifically for a direct BS-to-MD program can backfire: lots of people start out pre-med in college but never finish it out.
If you plan on med school, then you want the least amount of undergrad debt. How much will you have under each of your choices per year x 4 years?
