I’m writing a short story using ten characters from the works we’ve read this year in English. It’s going to constitute as the final exam… anyway, then I got distracted by something on CC.

0.5/12 pages done!

0.5/12 pages done!

^ that sounds extremely fun though!
My old English teacher didn’t like that type of stuff- fanfiction. So we never did it :P

It’s not my cup of tea, but it’d be interesting to try it out.

yeah, I hope it’ll be fun. I thought I would write about the character Pi in the Life of Pi traveling from island to island while he’s stranded in the middle of the ocean, and each island he visits would be the setting of a book, and he’ll get to meet the characters of each book in each section of the story. But then, I’m also supposed to have the characters of the different novels interact with one another, and so far I don’t see how I can do that… oh well, I’ll figure it out.

my little sister recently discovered movies from the 90s.

i was forced to watch “the babysitters club,” “good burger,” “harriet the spy” and a bunch of other 90s flicks today.
and my mom refused to let me go out. it “was family bonding time.”

=/

^lulz.
Good Burger is funny film though. I don’t know about The Babysitters Club…too much hugging and loving and friendship and junk.

^^^ Maybe they all can join Pi as he journeys? That’s an interesting concept. :)

^^ I’ve never seen any of those. I watched Pokemon, Yugioh, and etc. I had a little brother, so maybe that was part of it.

good burger was okay. i did hate the babysitters club. but larissa olenyk(sp) was hot. that’s all i thought the whole move lol

oh and i should add that she thought vhs cassettes were the most ancient thing ever. and having to wait for the tape to rewind, she thought that was torture.

LOL, I used to love Pokemon when I was younger. I never did catch them all… :(

^You had to watch on VHS? Haha. The only VHS tapes I still have are Franklin (From Noggin/Nick. Jr.) and A Bug’s Life.
And FYI, Franklin is one kickass turtle.

^ I never caught them all either. My older brother did. I think he was able to carry around all of his pokemon because of it or something (not just 6).

I used to tape Pokemon episodes on VHS.

Oh dear Pokemon was probably part of my life for way too long.

I was always more a fan of the cards. Official binder and all. (^I remember my first holographic Machamp. He was kind of lame though)

I’m ashamed to admit I owned the Pokedex.

I’m also ashamed to admit, I used to tape Sailor Moon on VHS.

i still have all my cards from pokemon. i don’t know where they are though. probably stashed in the back of my closet.
i also had them in the binder too lol

Random thought: do they still make Trapper Keepers?

I had a binder. Don’t think it was “official” or not though.

I don’t know what happened to my cards either o.O

I use to LOVE Beyblade. Did you know they made a new season, and it’s being released in the US this summer?

Beyblade…sounds familiar but I can’t place it.
I’m off to Google.

Gotta tape up my ankle…

Mile run tomorrow…

I was watching Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
And then I wondered, what do you think is the yearly salary of a spy?

^^ good luck!

^ pretty high, I think (upper ten thousands). i mean, you are risking your life…

I was researching spy salaries once. Not much since it’s a government job. Under 100k. But some nice benefits.
