^ Soul Calibur is awesome. Assassins Creed is amazing, Uncharted 2 is just WOW!

Altair > Ezio. Just sayin. Although Ezio is more interesting.

Soul Calibur is eh. I have SC4, and I’m sorta disappointed with it. I like shooter games like Halo and Gears and COD.
Assassins Creed is super legit.

Girls just hate video games for some reason =/ My girlfriend says its because video games steal boys away. Why do girls have to compete with everything, even with themselves and inanimate objects??
Geez…

Maybe they just get boring and repetitive. It’s just another way to escape reality.

Don’t have much time for video games during the school year, but a good FIFA sesh is always welcome.

^ The American version of FIFA is terrible! It plays like an arcade game…

Hey, I love video games. My only gamer friend is female.

Soccer video games are very hit or miss. Basketball too

^ FIFA 08 (UK version) is really really good, and it still works so I’m going to keep playing it until it breaks. As for Basketball, the latest March Madness game was awful…

I was playing NBA 2K10 yesterday, and its “defensive assist” has a tendency to “correct” your positioning. In other words, if you run left then let go, there’s a good chance you’ll find yourself running right again. 2K9 also had problems with having control over your movement. NBA Live isn’t great but at least there isn’t the feel of running through molasses.

When I played the 2002 World Cup game the camera angle would change as you approached the goal, so if you just held down a button you would find yourself curling off toward the corner. I think any game where running straight takes a modicum of effort kinda fails.

The only type of video games I easily get addicted to are the MARIO ones. it’s the ****…

My younger brother is addicted to video games. I find them too hard to play :/

Although I must admit, I really like “Freekick”. I have a high score on that. I’m reallyyy good.

How are they made differently might I ask…?

I’m keeping mine as a testament to olden times

[come on ccislulz, both of you!]

I like video games. I just do not like to play them, because once I pick them up…I can never get anything accomplished. I like being productive :b and it is hard for me to productive while playing virtual soccer :b

sometimes I hate my friends. They can be so fake.

OMG I just figured out some dude’s name and the ENTIRE MOTIVE behind a large war! (in fiction
not IRL)

All right, Leaf, get back to your essay.

Was it for a particular book?

As a matter of fact, yes, it was for a particular book.
(Not one that any law-abiding citizen other than myself has access to, though ;))

My friend actually did come over to play Assassin’s Creed today. We were really alternately feminine and masculine I guess, since first we went on a walk and picked wild mulberries (and then trespassed on several people’s property and talked to randos to whom we probably shouldn’t) and then played video games for like 2 hours.

I don’t like the FIFA game. I haven’t played it that much though, so maybe I should, but it’s for my sister’s 360. Street basketball games are good. A lot of movies have sucky video games. My cousin made me pay for his Hulk game and it sucked, but Transformers was fairly dece.

Rioting in LA

Great
