It sucks though…there’s like absolutely no food in the house.

It sorta hurts to type since I got a shot today. But I have an intervertebral disc out of place!

^ ouchie!

I felt like ranting.
but I shouldn’t rant on the internet.
it’d stay here forever!!! :P

i was reading about interviewing/hiring processes and my god, does the real world suck.

Don’t think i’ve ever! posted here lol but yeah…

Going into my freshman year…im trying so hard to build a perfect application for med school…or at least, to try to get into it!

and this just came in: I wonder if i’ll still be posting on HSL now that im in/going to college…hmm…yesss! :D

^ Relax. Med School is some odd years away. Don’t plan for the future too much.

^ actually preparing early for med school is not a bad idea at all given the competitive nature of med school admissions. One of my friends just graduated from high school and will be taking MCAT in a few months.

My idiot cousin made 6 facebook statuses in the past 24 hours about going to “Hawii”. He managed to mispell HAWAII on every single one of them.

I pulled an arm muscle yesterday…ouch :b

Now that’s just a bad idea. I would HIGHLY advise that this friend wait until after his/her sophomore or junior year of college. Many med school look down upon taking the MCAT more than once.

Not to be an alarmist, but if one intends to go to med school they must work towards that all through college. Med school admissions are so competitive (much more so than undergraduate). It is expected that all applicants will have a very high GPA, and that starts with the first class. Even then, it is not admission is not guaranteed and many applicants simply do not get in anywhere.

^^At least you were practicing some new dance moves. Which one did you do?

^^ haha I believe he’s entering college with numerous accepted college credits, which makes him almost a college junior. I also heard he scored 40 on several practice tests.

trumphets played in living room.
brothers.

^^ Oh, ok. I was just thinking they would want to have physics and other pre-med courses. But I think a 40 will do at most schools :D

My brother’s roommate scored a 42.

Damn. Do you know where he’s going or hasn’t he applied yet?

He was a junior this past year, but he has a good GPA too. One of the other roommates also got like 41, and the last one got a Big 4 internship, lol.

I’m very impressed. Good luck to them.

I LOVE Montreal!

Yeah, I’ve kinda just wanted to soak up all in the info about the process, when to apply, what to take, my school’s gen-ed requirements …etc…and i know i shouldn’t stress over it now but i should also be as focused as possible …from freshman year up. lol
