Posters in College Dorms

<p>I don’t know if this is just my school, but a lot of people have their own posters, plus a large number of posters that they stole from the halls/other school events. Most of them are rules they don’t follow (like about drinking age etc.)
My roommate and I had a Colbert poster as the centerpiece to our room that looked like a portrait. We also stole the guy’s soccer schedule and put it on our wall because the player’s photographs along the top were ah…visually pleasing.</p>

<p>Considering most dorms look like prison cells with nice furniture and better lighting, I’d put up posters. Makes it seem alive.</p>

<p>Some people put up posters… some people don’t. For that matter some people decorate their room… and others don’t.</p>

<p>it makes it prettier if you have crappy walls. i had sooooo many decorations, pictures are fun and i had 2 posters, one made for me and one i bought.</p>

<p>yes. I had about 17 of them (own room and bath). It looked like a prison without it.</p>

<p>man, 17 posters. i just had one poster, the one with the dogs playing poker. i don’t know why, but i just love that poster.</p>

<p>if i had a roommate and i got to the room first, i think i’d mess w/ him by putting up 2 or 3 miley cyrus posters from when she was like 13 or 14. in addition, i’d probably wear nothing but tighty whities that are 2 sizes too small…i’m pretty sure he’d want to move to another room asap.</p>
