Im a UC Davis student, really interested in going to the Uni of Reading for a masters in Atmospheric Science. I was wondering how much aid can they give you if you parents makes an incredibly low amount of money?

Unfortunately there is an easy answer to your question - zero.

UK universities make their money for full-fee paying foreign students. Especially those on 1 year master course, who are charged over the odds. Unless you can find specific scholarships for this course on the uni of Reading site (I presume you’ve looked), there are none. Such things are very, very rare. Most foreign students here get scholarships from their own countries. The UK won’t give you anything. That’s the way it works.

Going to Reading would be the absolute worst for living costs as well. It’s so close to London that you get all the extra living expense of being close to the capital - very VERY high rent, high food prices etc - but none of the benefits of being in London. The cheapest places to live in the UK tend to be far from the capital and unfashionable. Maybe Hull or Bangor (Wales).
